Chloe Lyne brings 15 years’ experience in planning to her role as Development Consultant and Town Planner at Commercial Project Delivery. Chloe has extensive professional experience in the planning and development field with a broad range of skills from planning scheme preparation work to major master planned developments across a broad client sector. Chloe has specific experience in the management of complex multi-disciplinary projects and has worked closely with a number of local government clients to provide them with advice, assessments and strategy and Scheme preparation work.
