Project Manager Role: Every project is overseen by a Project Manager (PM) who takes overall responsibility for the project, and ensures that it is completed to the Client’s satisfaction. The Project Manager attends, as necessary, monthly Project Meetings on major projects and meetings with the Design Team. The Project Manager visits the project regularly during the Construction phase to ensure that they are kept fully informed of progress and alerted to any potential risk items.
The Project Manager has day to day, full-time responsibility for the project they represent the formal link with the Client.
