Development Consultant

The development consultant’s role is to facilitate the development process from the site selection and due diligence phase through planning approvals including planning scheme amendments. The development consultant has a strong planning background and is able to advise the client of the opportunities and constraints in terms of planning and related approvals for a particular parcel of land. The development consultant can assist in finding a suitable parcel of land to suit a specific use and development brief. The development consultant has a strong background in managing large multi-disciplinary planning projects through the statutory approvals framework. The main services provided by our development consultant team include;

  • Site selection and sourcing
  • Feasibility analysis
  • Due diligence through planning approvals and amendments
  • Representation of clients development to relevant authorities

Chloe Lyne is our Lead Development Consultant. Chloe has a Bachelor of Urban Planning and Development and is a Certified Practicing Planner and a member of the Planning Institute of Australia. Chloe has over 15 years experience in the planning and development field with a broad range of skills from planning scheme preparation work to major master planned developments.

To assist Chloe in this role Sam Tucker adds valuable skills in sourcing potential development sites for our Clients and assisting with representing our Clients to relevant authorities regarding the development. Sam has a Bachelor of Construction Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Managers.

Kate Tucker is a valuable member to this team providing strong financial skills as a qualified Chartered Accountant to accurately carry out a feasibility analysis of a potential development.
