Contract Administration

Our qualified and experienced staff have provided Contract Administration to the majority of our construction jobs as part of our Project Management and / or Superintendent engagements. We can offer this service separately.

The Contract Administrator reports to the Project Manager. Their role is to manage Trade Contract packages from design management through to final account and assist with on site and programme activities. The Services provided by a Contract Administrator include;
